The Eastern 4.0 is a beginners bike with a little extra. The 4.0 features a rugged steel frame w/ chromo steerer tube forks, sealed rear hub for a long-lasting smooth ride. 3-piece chromoly cranks, Eastern grips, pedals, and sprocket.
